A white-label platform needs a clear agreement about what your customers see and what your team operates. Start with the audience, the revenue workflow and the branded surfaces they will use. Domain names and a logo are one part of the brief; partner access, traffic contracts, reporting and support responsibilities determine whether the service is ready for use.
Tenant identity
Nexus platform configuration includes a domain, description, status and public URLs. Prepare a branding inventory for the agreed deployment: public site, member or partner workspace, authentication pages, notifications and any documents or reports customers receive. Confirm each surface in the proposal and preview it before launch. White-label branding is included in the published platform tariff; a requested workflow or interface extension may require separately agreed development.
- Supply approved names, logos, domain ownership and the intended audience for each surface.
- Assign responsibility for DNS, certificates, email sender configuration and renewal.
- Confirm which templates and interfaces are included, and which require additional work.
Module composition
Choose modules by the transaction you need to operate. Search handles search-provider and publisher-link workflows; XML/JSON feeds handle feed and affiliate mappings; OpenRTB handles programmatic request paths; Video uses VAST delivery contracts; CPA handles offers and conversion-related workflows. Define the publisher and advertiser experience separately. A branded platform does not automatically include every ad format, buying strategy, payment integration or demand relationship.
- Map each promised customer workflow to a module and a confirmed integration.
- Keep incoming QPS capacity separate for each applicable module and location.
- For Search and CPA, use the published daily search or incoming-click capacity units.
Private infrastructure
Nexus keeps database, Redis and private-service configuration behind authenticated server workflows. A brand or domain is not an authorization boundary by itself. Establish the accounts and roles required for your deployment, confirm which platform each account can access, and test that another platform or an unauthorized role cannot read its records. Agree on credential ownership, operational access and recovery responsibilities without exposing secrets in the branding brief.
Agree on commercial and support ownership
State who approves publishers, contracts with demand partners, investigates traffic-quality disputes and reconciles local and partner reports. Define support contacts, escalation, maintenance communication and any required service commitment in the agreement. The published price includes hosting, white-label branding and applicable taxes, but it is not a universal SLA or a promise of traffic, revenue or access to a named advertising partner.
- Identify the owner of customer terms, privacy information and operational support.
- Specify report definitions, currencies, timezones and partner update delays.
- Confirm export, retention and transition requirements before onboarding customers.
Accept the complete branded journey
Use an illustrative test account with prepared data to follow the agreed journey from entry and sign-in to its assigned workflow, report and support path. Check the correct identity on each surface and exercise denied access as well as a successful operation. Validate actual request and response behavior with the configured partner. Record outstanding items before launch; a preview or screenshot demonstrates a visible interface, not traffic delivery or financial performance.
- Verify domain, certificate, links, approved branding and the configured notification path.
- Confirm account scope, permitted actions and the explanation of report values.
- Record acceptance evidence, unresolved integrations and the owner of the launch decision.
This guide describes Nexus product architecture and general AdTech operating concepts. Exact enforcement and integration behavior depends on the enabled revenue engine and agreed deployment configuration.
