Nexus MCP quickstart

Connect a compatible AI client to the Nexus Streamable HTTP MCP server.

01

Endpoint

Use the canonical HTTPS `/mcp` URL. Initialize the MCP session, then ask the server to list its tools, resources and prompts.

POST /mcpContent-Type: application/jsonProtocol negotiation
02

Discovery

Call `tools/list`, `resources/list` and `prompts/list` before using capabilities. Tool input schemas are the source of truth.

03

Safety

Public tools are read-oriented product discovery functions. They do not provide arbitrary database, Redis or code execution.

Reference guides

Review the public tool reference and the resources and prompts guide before building a client workflow. Discover the current interfaces from the server at runtime.
