The present agreement defines the rights and obligations of nexus-soft.org and the user - you. By registering at the site you agree to all points of the agreement. Nexus-soft.org keeps the right to change this agreement partly or completely without a pre-notification to the users. It is the user’s right to check for changes. Nexus-soft will send an e-mail notifying about changes in the agreement, if needed. By continuing the use of our site you declare an agreement to the changes made.

Rights and obligations of nexus-soft.org

We are obligated to offer help to every registered user of the site, having problems with the site itself, we offer services and products in it. We guarantee our intentions to pay the commissions earned by our users through their efforts to popularise our services and products.

We keep the right to delete or ban every user we suspect in illegal actions or attempt to manipulate the system with the purpose of financial benefits or a free access to our products.

We keep the right to deprive the users of commissions received in result of illegal actions similar to those described above committed by users registered under them.

Rights and obligations of the user

The user has the right to receive the services or products paid for, as well as help with using/installing them. Every registered user can receive commissions from the resells of our products by means of the legal methods of advertising. The users DO NOT have the right to upload the paid versions of our products on other servers for free download. Users caught doing this will be deleted and deprived of commissions and the product itself.

We guarantee payment of commissions when illegal actions are missing, or illegal actions are not done by users under them, influencing their records.

The users are obliged to register correct information about themselves, as well as their own, and not somebody else’s electronic accounts for moneybookers, paypal, egold, intgold, if available.

General agreement

Nexus-soft.org and the users are not connected in other legal way different from the mentioned above. The users have no right to present themselves as a representative of nexus-soft, other than affiliate or a client. We do not hold responsibility for financial damages, real or imaginary, claimed by the user and caused in result of this agreement.

Payments

Payments are dealt once a week on a non-set date. Unforeseen delays may occur , though little possible. It is preferable to indicate your electronic accounts for moneybookers, paypal, egold and intgold, if available and in this way speed up the receiving of the sums to a convenient for us account.

Spam

The methods by which the user may advertise our site exclude all illegal ones, such as sending of unwanted e-mails, posts in forums interpreted as spam, etc. Other unwanted methods of advertisement though legal are autosurfing and their derivatives in which traffic is generated without been really seen by the potential client. Use of the described above will lead to deletion of your registration and loss of all data, including your currant balance.

All other methods not mentioned will be estimated as wanted or unwanted. The user responsible for the traffic will be warned if unwanted one is detected.
